About Twisted:
Twisted is a rapidly growing five-piece rock band rooted in the heart of the Greater Philadelphia area. We are united by a passion for the raw energy and unforgettable hooks of rock music spanning four decades. From the classic anthems that defined the 70s to the powerful alternative and hard rock hits of the 90s and 2000s, Twisted specializes in delivering a high-voltage, diverse, and tightly executed show that pays homage to the legends while bringing our own fresh intensity.
Our Sound:
Our setlist is a deliberate journey through rock’s greatest eras, ensuring there’s something for every rock fan. You can expect to hear everything from the heavy groove of Black Sabbath’s “War Pigs” and the relentless riffing of Led Zeppelin’s “Whole Lotta Love,” to the grunge introspection of Alice in Chains’ “Rooster” and the pure pop-punk joy of songs like “Complicated.” We pride ourselves on the versatility required to seamlessly transition between artists like Heart, AC/DC, The Toadies, Paramore, and Flyleaf, covering all the essential ground that makes rock music timeless.

Twisted is composed of five dedicated musicians who bring their unique backgrounds and influences together to create a cohesive and powerful sound.
Sam- Vocals
The voice of Twisted, Sam commands the stage with an electrifying presence and an incredible vocal range perfectly suited for the band’s demanding setlist. Drawing inspiration from rock’s legendary front-people, she has a knack for connecting with the audience, driving the high-energy show, and shifting effortlessly from the powerful grit of grunge to the soaring heights of hard rock. She is the unmistakable focal point of Twisted’s live performance.
Mikey Twist – Lead Guitar
Mikey brings the searing licks and unforgettable solos that define Twisted’s sound. A true student of rock and roll guitar heroes, he masterfully recreates the iconic riffs of the setlist while injecting their own distinct flair and technical prowess. Whether channeling the blues-rock heart of the 70s or the high-gain attack of 90s metal, their fretwork ensures every song is delivered with fiery precision.

Alex – Rhythm Guitar
Alex delivers the driving riffs, soaring leads, and expressive phrasing that define the band’s edge. A devoted student of rock and blues guitar legends, he blends technical precision with raw feel, honoring the spirit of the originals while adding his own intensity and voice. Whether laying down blues-soaked bends or unleashing high-grain fire, Alex’s playing balances control, emotion, and power – making every performance hit with conviction.

Damian – Bass & Backup Vocals
From the long curly flowing hair, to his spine chilling harmonies, to the blood pumping pulse of the band, Damian punches through the third wall with his loud, rumbling, shelf shaking 4 stringed electric bass. A rock n’ roll fanboy himself, he has spent countless hours watching and studying his favorite stars, taking note of their stage presence, their moves, the connection with their fans, and of course, their sound. His wide variety of music tastes result in a pure, fun, groovy and loud experience on stage.

Hasan – Drums
Hasan Khan is the drummer of the band, bringing years of experience from both live shows and studio sessions. He has spent a long time developing his feel, timing, and consistency behind the kit, always focused on serving the song first. His playing is tight, controlled, and thoughtful, whether he is locking into a groove or adding depth with subtle details.
Inspired by drummers like Vinnie Colaiuta, Danny Carey, Steve Judd, Simon Phillips, Virgil Donati, Hasan appreciates strong technique and musical awareness. He takes that influence and makes it his own, keeping his parts solid and purposeful while giving the music the energy it needs.
